Comment Spam update

I thought I had stopped the comment spam with a few backend tricks, but the same bastards keep getting through. So I’ve installed a couple more plugins that will hopefully do some good. We’ll see…

Giving thanks

This year we spent Thanksgiving with friends here in the Bay area. It was a small yet cozy affair, complete with turkey and all the fixins. I even had some turkey, but don’t tell because people seem to think I’m still a vegetarian. Everything was fantastic and tasty, and while I ordinarily avoid it, I was more comfortable eating while sitting on the floor than I had expected (I’m about as flexible as a pencil). It was disappointing to spend another year away from my family, but I’m quite grateful, and thankful or course, to have such good friends…

Planet Sol

Have you seen her?

It has come to my attention that the Virgin Mary is appearing in grilled cheese sandwiches. It’s a miracle I tell ya!!

Wandering the city at night

Last night after work I really didn’t want to go home. I felt like I needed to get out, listen to some music, eat a good meal, and just relax. While this is a rather simple request, figuring out what to do and where to go is always confusing and complicated. Justin and I were worthless for making decisions, so we put Amy in charge. She lead us through the streets and up and down the hills of San Francisco…
