Took an early lunch today to meet up with my buddy Jake. Seemed like a pretty typical lunch, but somehow a quick burrito turned into an excursion on the the bay. While walking past the boat slips Jake saw someone readying their boat. So he yells down, “need some boatsmen?!!” Yada, yada, yada, our Captain, Mark, asks us if we want a ride. Hell yeah we want a ride!! Hopped on, readied the sails, and we were off…

While riding in the carpool this morning I was informed that three peregrine falcon chicks hatched in a nest on top of PG&E’s building in San Francisco. And you can check out their progress from a live webcam here and here. How cute :p Read more…
I was totally unaware that when flying, cigarette lighters have been banned from checked luggage for the last 30 years. Funny, cuz I think I’ve put lighters in my luggage assuming they weren’t allowed in the cabin. But now, you can’t bring lighters on a plane at all. For all those doing Bikram Yoga on 2nd, the one with the window right on the street, please choose your clothing wisely. Specifically to the guy in the tiny colored shorts, you might want to wear something different next time cuz I totally saw your twig and berries.
