The city of San Francisco just launched a site to help educate those on disaster preparedness. After spending 7 days in the desert I think I have a pretty good idea of what I’d need to survive for three days. Actually, our Burning Man leftovers would tie us over nicely. Anyway, it’s worth being prepared.
